Green Tree Monitors spend much of their time climbing. They need a tall, secure enclosure with sturdy branches, hiding places, and elevated resting areas. Provide suitable UVB lighting, appropriate temperatures, and carefully managed humidity.
These monitors are carnivorous. Offer a varied diet with food sizes and portions suited to each animal’s age and nutritional needs. Fresh water and regular enclosure maintenance are also essential.
Green Tree Monitors require specialized care and a well-maintained habitat. Before purchasing a pair, make sure you have enough space and can meet the needs of both animals. Confirm their sexes if you intend to keep a male and female together.
Check Verdant Reptiles for current pricing, pair availability, and individual animal details. Prepare the enclosure before bringing these reptiles home.
